Can I use my existing CNC News Online account to use the Private Plan Room?
Not currently. You will need to create an account for just the CNC News Online Private Plan Room. We may integrate with the CNC News Online service in the future however.
Will you be charging for this service in the future?
We have no plans to charge for this service at any point in the future.
How do I get support if I have issues?
See the Support page for details.
Can I change the system assigned password?
Absolutely, just click Login and click on the Change Password menu item.
Why can't I change my email address once I register?
Because your email address is how we uniquely identify you in our system. If you want, you can register a new account under another address but your data will stay with your old address.
How do I share my Plan Room with other people?
Create your Plan Room and use the Send Invites feature.
How can I track my invites?
Click on the View Invites button at the top of your Plan Room.
Can I uninvite someone?
Sure. Click the View Invites button at the top of your Plan Room. You can delete any invite you wish by clicking on the icon.
Can I give someone access even if I don't know their email address?
Sure. Every Plan Room will show an Invite Code at the top. Just let them know our web address http://privateplanroom.cncnewsonline.com and the Invite Code and they can access your Plan Room.
